Alimentos Chacabuco presents its new range of gluten-free premixes and flour blends, packed with the nutritional power of seeds, legumes, and ancient grains.

Chacabuco Gluten-Free Line Includes:

• Ancient Grain Cheese Bread Premix: featuring quinoa, buckwheat, and amaranth.
• Legume-Based Pasta Premix: a blend of four different legume flours: chickpeas, lentils, black beans, and peas.
• Seed-Enriched Bread and Pizza Premix: with flaxseed, amaranth, and chia.
• Special Sourdough Flour Blend: an all-purpose blend including partially hulled and whole-grain buckwheat flour, chickpea flour, and rice flour.
• Legume and Seed Flour Blend: an all-purpose mix featuring chickpea flour, quinoa, and ground amaranth seeds.

The supply agreement commences in 2024 and amounts to 14.1 GWh per year. Grupo Molino Chacabuco will operate with 90% clean energy provided by YPF Luz from the Levalle Wind Park. This contracted energy will result in a savings of 3,800 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.

Chacabuco has launched an organic whole wheat flour for household consumption and 000 for professional use that are integrated into the Healthy Kitchen line. Among the main characteristics of the organic whole wheat flour are a high fiber content and a fine particle size that facilitates integration with other ingredients in a recipe, ideal for all types of preparations, both sweet and savory. The current context leads brands to rethink and redesign strategies to compete successfully and thus accompany the global trend of consumers achieving nutritionally balanced products that are safe for their health.
